How can i calculate the relationship between two numbers?

I have got 2 numbers , the first one is the input and the second is the output,however i have no idea whats the relationship between them ,or in other words how do i get this output ? i tried different combinations ,such as conversions to hex or decimal but with no luck , just to mention something very important :

If you would have stated the relationship between two numbers increases exponentially( y(x) = e^x .) Or the difference between two numbers is twice there sum (( x - y) = 2(x + y) )
