How do you determine the value of a numbered print by Picasso?

You have to determine if it's legit first. Picasso is one of the most forged artists out there.

One easy check is to look and see if the number is written on in pencil or if it looks copied. If it looks copied (like in the same ink as the print) it more likely fake. If it's pencil, it's worth getting appraised.

Also look and see if there is gallery info on the back of the frame. You might need to peel up the brown paper if there is any. That will not affect value.
