i have heard that scammers can obtain pin numbers even when covering the pin number, i want to know what machine they use to do this. and also how can i tell when it is happening.What machines do people use to scam pin numbers of cards?
They do it on ATM 's %26amp; it is an added Extension to the card insert area. if it looks odd or has a lip to insert in the card in more than a 1/4 '; in length above the insert slot then do not use it.*
