Is there a way to back up phone numbers on the moto q?

I have the MOTO q from sprint. I wondered if there is a way to back up your phone book so that if anything happens to your phone, you aren't at a total loss. Any ideas?Is there a way to back up phone numbers on the moto q?
Yes. If you have a PC install the software that came with your phone and you should be able to sync your contacts with Outlook/Outlook Express. Then, if needed, you can sync back to the phone at a later date.
