yeah, its the episode where chandler first had sex with kathy and he doesn't know how to please her since the one before who had sex with kathy was joey and chadler feels incompetent and stuff so monica was showing chandler the 7 different spots in a woman that would please her and she was saying different senarios on which ways to do it
i don't know which episode it is but its in season 4 between episodes
