Is there anyway to obtain the tracking numbers of shipments?

I'm skeptical about whether or not someone is trying to hoodwink me or not - (invloves Western Union - don't preach just answer the question please) - he/she sent me a bunch of tracking numbers to try and prove their trustworthiness but he could have either sent packages regularly to his family to these destinations but maybe not.

SO... is there any other way to get this kind of information??Is there anyway to obtain the tracking numbers of shipments?
Sure. Just call the shipping company. For example, Western Union or FedEx or UPS, and explain that you're trying to track down a package. Give them the tracking numbers. If you know who sent it and from where, give them that too. If they delivered it, they will say so. If not, they will say so and why it wasn't delivered. And if the tracking number is bogus, the will say so. With the companies I mentioned, you can do all this on line. If you think the person you are dealing with is bogus, DO NOT use his shipping company phone #. Go on line or obtain shipping company phone number from information.
