I called yesterday and the Qwest (Sprint service) rep said they would port my cingular numbers to Sprint by 10pm last night. But today my cingular numbers are turned off but my Sprint phones are not working. Any ideas how I can fix this besides waiting until Qwest is open tommorow?Know how I can port my cing numbers to Sprint?
Call sprint customer service. make sure ur not using any of ur sprint phone. ask the rep if the number/s has been successfully ported over, if it has been ported over, but still not woking, u need to program ur phone with the numbers that were ported over and the rep can assist u.
