Why when you finish a painting by numbers does it never look as good as the one on the box?

And why do you always run out of paint? Why when you finish a painting by numbers does it never look as good as the one on the box?
Lol I never bother with the numbers, because they are never the right colours, so the painting ends up looking cartoony. Why when you finish a painting by numbers does it never look as good as the one on the box?
Because the picture on the box is a glossy computerised print, it's not painted, so you will never get it exactly the same, so don't worry about it.
Yes. It's a matter of taking your time.

Use a fine brush in fine lines and apply

only very thin coats. It does take practice,

so don't ever give up. It's a great hobby. %26lt;}:-})
Why indeed?

Could it be a deliberate ploy by the manufacturers to make you keep buying their products?

(I'll keep on doing these things until I finish one and nobody's going to stop me)
