What phone do I need to block numbers and numbers that have their numbers hid?

I keep getting calls from blocked numbers that sound like fax machines and numbers that i need to block. what phone do i need to do this blocking. I am with t-mobile and they provide no service but suggested a samsung phone with these options i need. thanks, wilzWhat phone do I need to block numbers and numbers that have their numbers hid?
