Why do 4th graders in my school talk about kissing and boys' phone numbers?

I'm just a 4th grader but lots of people are talking about dating, kissing, and boys' phone numbers. Is that normal, and am I the only one who's not rushing but ACTUALLY acting my age?Why do 4th graders in my school talk about kissing and boys' phone numbers?
Umm, it's just normal hunn. Don't worry bout it cuz everyone juss starts at their own time. I'm in middle school and people is talk'n bout worse things then dating and kissing. Trust me. But don't feel left out cuz there is alotta ppl juss like u who isn't boy crazy so juss don't worry bout it!!

That wasn't normal when i was in 4th grade, but that was 9 years ago. They are probably lying, most girls at my schools didn't start that until like 6th grade. You are definitely not the only one, I bet most of the other girls are lying.
